Shipping policy

********Due to the COVID-19 pandemic there is a delay in shipping to our customers, we are working diligently to process and ship all orders out as soon as possible.*********

 

• J'adore Ships to the 50 US States. Contact us for shipping to Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands.
• Order processing takes 3-7 business days.
• Changes to address can be made within 2 hours from when order is submitted. Please email us at info@jadorescrubs.com we will do our best to assist you with your changes.
• Business days does not include holidays and weekends (*Exclusions apply).
• Standard Delivery generally takes 3-8 business days.
• Once your item is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number providing the ability to track your order.
• All orders are shipped via FedEX or USPS.
• J'Adore Scrubs assumes no responsibility for delays due to inclement weather, incorrect shipping address input by the consumer when ordering apparel and/or accessories.

 

GENERAL SHIPPING/ ORDER PROCESS

ORDERS ARE PROCESSED MONDAY - FRIDAY 9:00 AM-5:00 PM EST.

Orders placed after 5:00 pm will not be processed until the next business day (excluding holidays)

Please note that once you place your order it takes our system up to 24 hours to process the actual payment.

Then your item is shipped out within 3-7 BUSINESS days from processed payment time (most times a lot sooner).

 

SHIPPING ORIGINATION

Please note that your order will be sourced from the Warehouse that will ship your items to you the quickest. This may cause you to receive more than one package or tracking number. You will receive a tracking number for every package that is sent to you. Always check your spam folder if you have not heard from us regarding shipping updates.

 
Depending on where you live in the US, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, we encourage you to use a trackable shipping service such as USPS or purchase shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
