Refund policy
Returns
Thank you for shopping with us! We gladly accept the return of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original packaging, tags must be attached. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a return for Sale items. A 20% Re-Stock Fee will be assessed to all return items.
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please Note: All Returns or Exchanges are at the cost of the customer unless J’adore Scrubs made an error leading to the customer needing to return items.
Original shipping/processing charges are not refundable. We will, however, exchange items with no additional shipping/processing charges.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or wrong size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@jadorescrubs.com
Special orders such as embroidered garments are not returnable unless we have made an error in embroidering your garment.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel a paid order up to 4 hours after purchase during business hours, Monday-Friday (excluding the holiday or weekends) no questions asked. If you decide to cancel your order after 4 hours have gone by of placing the order, you will not be eligible for a refund until the items have shipped to you and you have gone through the process of our RETURN POLICY (See above).

SHIPPING ORIGINATION
Please note that your order will be sourced from the Warehouse that will ship your items to you the quickest. This may cause you to receive more than one package or tracking number. You will receive a tracking number for every package that is sent to you. Always check your spam folder if you have not heard from us regarding shipping updates.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
